Can the jewelry darken?
All our jewelry is made to the highest standards, using the best materials, specifically silver 925. We do not cover them with rhodium or other coatings; because of this, they have their authentic warmth, brilliance, and are not without their magical properties. However, silver is not protected from the effects of the environment, weather, temperature, or the effects of chemicals found in everyday life. As such, silver can lose its original luster. Why does the color of the stone in the resulting decoration differ from the photo on the site?
Each stone is unique in nature. We use only high-quality, natural stones; nevertheless, all the stones differ slightly from each other due to their unique chemical composition. We hand-select each stone and estimate the color depth; after production, the products undergo additional quality control.
If you want to look at the product that will be sent to you before sending, send us an email, and I will send you a photo of exactly the product that will be sent to you. If you are unhappy with the quality of the stone, you can use the right of return or replacement. To do this, read the terms of return and replacement.
What payment methods are available?
Payment on the site dreammoon.ru is served by the Yandex.Money service. You can pay for the goods using any card. If payment through your card did not work, try using another card. Additionally, you can pay using Yandex money. If you experience any difficulties, please contact us; we will be happy to assist you.
What to do if the parcel did not arrive 40 days after the departure?
After payment and shipment, we provide each buyer with a tracking number for the postal item. With this number, you can track the real-time location of your package. If the parcel was lost due to the fault of the postal service, we will send you a new product. If you did not receive the parcel due to your own fault, such as having entered the wrong address, please write us a letter, and we will try to solve this problem.
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery is currently free. Shipping is by regular airmail. If you want to choose EMS express delivery, the cost is 1500 Russian rubles. When placing an order for more than 10,000 Russian rubles, the EMS is free of charge. Do not forget to specify EMS at checkout. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent by regular airmail.
How can I track the movement of the parcel?
We provide the buyer with a tracking number for the parcel. To find out information about your package, enter the code on the Russian Post website via the link.
How to place an order on the site dreammoon.ru?
It is very simple. Choose the jewelry that you liked in our store: https://dreammoon.com/shop. Make sure that you choose the correct size and quantity. Next, click on the "add to cart" button. After that, the products you selected will be placed in the “basket” section in the upper righthand corner. Go to the "shopping cart" and carefully specify the shipping address. Next, select the shipping method. If you have a promo code, please enter it into the box provided. Fill in your billing information and pay for the goods.
Within three days after payment, the goods will be sent, and you will receive an email with the tracking number for the parcel.
Is it possible to make an individual product that is not available or order a different size of an existing product?
Yes, it is possible, but it will take more time. Customized production can take additional 7-12 days. You can pre-order by contacting us via the link.
